Cromer Material Handling , has acquired Gray Lift, Inc. Gray Lift’s co-owners, Jay and Richard Waugh, decided to retire, and sold the assets to Marshall Cromer, owner of Cromer Material Handling. Gray Lift has sold forklifts and material handling products in Central California for the past 59 years.

Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU) recently bolstered its executive team with the addition of Bill Finerty as vice president of sales and marketing. Bill joins TMHU after an extensive search to find a replacement for Bob Bosworth, who announced his intention to retire early next year. During the transition, Bob assumes the title of senior vice president of sales and marketing for TMHU.

Hannibal Industries, Inc. welcomed material handling leaders from all over the country to the grand opening of its new Hannibal South pallet rack manufacturing facility located on 6501 Bingle Road in Houston, Texas. The more than 150 event attendees included industry executives, media, Hannibal Industries employees, representatives from the state senate and county commissioner as well as the Chamber of Commerce.
