Alliance Material Handling Renovates Office

Alliance Material Handling, Inc. began the company’s office renovation project in late 2017. Since the office was in full operations mode during construction, it was done in 4 phases as to not disrupt our customers and staff.

The offices have been redone with a modern décor and enhancements. The concept was the desire of President and CEO Thomas Albero and was brought to life by the Alliance Leadership Team. Mr. Albero wanted to create an updated space that promoted transparency and to provide a better work environment for current and future staff.

The new office space is an open concept floorplan with all glass office walls. A market with healthy food options was added to the expanded breakroom and Alliance was also able to reopen its employee gym, promoting health and wellness throughout our headquarters office. An added perk for the staff was the creation of the Alliance Recreational Room which includes a pool table, air hockey table, big screen TV to watch sporting events or a movie, and a fully stocked fridge. Happy hour anyone?

In staying with the theme of transparency, large TV’s are mounted through this newly renovated space that continuously loop reports and goal markers so all can see the state of the company.

“I wanted a create a space that all of our employees would want to come to everyday. A place where they feel comfortable and valued”, says Thomas Albero. “From the outside it looks like any other warehouse building, but when you open the doors to Alliance the look and feel is of a high-tech company.”
